Pak Choi

Oriental vegetables are nutritious, generally easy to grow and add a little spice to your cooking.

Stronger in flavour than Chinese Cabbage, Pak Choi can be eaten cooked or raw. Sow from July onwards once the days are starting to shorten, otherwise they will run to seed. It can withstand some frost, allowing it to be available in the winter months.
