Fill the 49 cells with compost, prick with lid top, plant seeds, cover with self-watering lid and then fill the reservoir with water.

When the seedlings are ready to transplant, the plant trainer gently pops the plugs neatly from the base so the plants need less handling.

Fits on the window sill. Stackable.

Good product, does what it says. But I did find it hard to "pop up" the seedlings to transplant them.
