TERMS AND CONDITIONS All seeds sold by us have been tested in accordance with EC seeds legislation, and their purity and germination are not less than the required minimum percentages, and in most cases are considerably higher. In the event of seed failing to germinate satisfactorily we will at our option replace the seed with the same variety or a similar variety of equal or greater value or refund the purchase price. All descriptions of seed varieties and varietal characteristics are for the purpose of general identification only. We will not be in any way responsible for a crop grown from seed, plants, bulbs or tubers supplied by us. All prices include VAT where applicable. Post and Packing charges. If your order is under £12.00 we charge £1.50 towards postage and handling costs. If your order is between £12.00 and £49.99, we charge £3.50. Orders of £50 and over are FREE delivery. This applies to UK only. We will charge postage extra at cost for delivery of orders to destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in VAT rate. Payment We accept payment for orders by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta or Paypal. Cards are debited when the order is first processed, after your order has been securely transferred to our offices and checked in. Our payment systems are fully compliant with PCI DSS card security. Paypal orders are charged when you complete your order. The section on this web site under the heading "Order Information" also constitutes part of our general terms and conditions. Force Majeure : We shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage resulting from delay or failure in carrying out our obligations which is caused wholly or partly by reason of Act of God, delay in transportation, labour disputes, fire, flood, war, accident, government action, inability to obtain adequate stocks, material, equipment, fuel, power, transportation or any cause beyond our control or beyond the control of that of our servants and agents.
