Terms and Conditions
All seeds sold by us have been tested in accordance with EC seeds legislation, and their purity and germination are not less than the required minimum percentages, and in most cases are considerably higher. In the event of seed failing to germinate satisfactorily we will at our option replace the seed with the same variety or a similar variety of equal or greater value or refund the purchase price.
All descriptions of seed varieties and varietal characteristics are for the purpose of general identification only. We will not be in any way responsible for a crop grown from seed, plants, bulbs or tubers supplied by us.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
