“I should like to tell you how delighted I am with Minicole. We are still cutting it (it is now early February) and expect to continue for a while yet, though it is a summer cabbage (“harvest Aug-Oct”) and it is as fresh as anything. The outer leaves go a nasty black in winter but only a few of these have to be removed to yield a clean, tight, pale tasty cabbage which will never fail to please. Small it can be as you say in your catalogue, but some of ours grow to quite a large size."
