Well Known garden writer Peter Surridge says that he finds this fertiliser particularly good for sandy soil. When he first cultivated what was a lawned area a few years ago, he used Chase Organic Fertiliser and Seaweed Meal to get the ground into condition, and now just uses the fertiliser each year.
