Sow from spring to September in rows 15-30cm apart. May run to seed more quickly in summer. Also grows well in a cold greenhouse over winter.
Cut when 5-8cm high and allow to regrow. Young leaves are used in salads. Medium green with a rich spicy flavour. 475 seeds.
