(1869) A useful vegetable with a fine flavour when cut young and steamed. Good on dry soils where spinach tends to run to seed. Sow Apr-Aug 2cm deep in 30cm rows and thin to 15cm. Later sowings will provide fresh greens through the winter. 240 seeds.
