Specially selected for Northern European conditions. Plant November-February, spacing 15cm between cloves. Highest yields will come from autumn plantings. When the first six leaves have turned yellow, lift and dry in the sun or in an airy shed.
Ideally plant soon after receipt, otherwise store in a cool dry place.
Varieties: Vallelado for autumn/early winter planting, or Flavour for late winter/spring.
Only available October to December. 150g. Weight when packed.

Just to let you know, the GARLIC Vallelado I got from you last year produced a terrific crop of large bulbs and it tastes wonderful! 34 in all- I think every clove planted grew. I am a complete beginner to gardening so am delighted, thank you!

I followed the Lunar Organics wallchart - planting on a descending moon 'root day', used only my own home-made seaweed fertiliser which I applied during the waning moon. {And spoke encouragingly and lovingly to the growing shoots a lot too!}
